Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer: If a customer wishes to cancel their booking, they must do so within the specified cancellation period outlined during the booking process. Refunds will be provided according to the following guidelines:

  • Full refund: If the cancellation is made within the designated cancellation period.
  • Partial refund: If the cancellation occurs after the cancellation period has expired, refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee or based on the discretion of eBookOman.

Cancellation by eBookOman: In the event that an event is canceled by eBookOman due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons beyond our control, customers will be notified promptly, and refunds will be issued in full.


Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment originally used for the booking. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be reflected in the customer's account, as processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


Non-refundable Items: Certain bookings may be non-refundable or have specific terms and conditions regarding refunds. Customers are advised to review the refund policy associated with each event before making a booking.


Exceptions: eBookOman reserves the right to make exceptions to the refund policy in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Requests for exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
